मोदी इनर्जीले शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने, विशेष साधारणसभा असार १९ माModi Energy to Issue 100% Right Shares, Special General Meeting on Asar 19
मोदी इनर्जी लिमिटेडले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १:१ अनुपातमा शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने भएको छ। यस प्रस्तावलाई पारित गर्न कम्पनीले विशेष साधारणसभा आगामी असार १९ गते रानीमहल बैंक्वेट, ज्ञानेश्वरमा बिहान ११ बजेका लागि बोलाएको छ।
हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी २ अर्ब ९० करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। हकप्रद शेयर जारीपछि पुँजी वृद्धि हुने भएकाले उक्त पुँजीको उपयोग सम्बन्धी योजना पनि सभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ। साथै, अधिकृत र जारी पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने तथा संस्थापक समूहबाट एक जना सञ्चालक नियुक्त गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा छलफलका लागि राखिनेछ।
सभाका लागि कम्पनीले असार १२ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। त्यसअनुसार असार ११ गतेसम्म नाममा शेयर कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरू मात्र सभामा सहभागी हुन तथा हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन योग्य हुनेछन्।
Modi Energy to Issue 100% Right Shares, Special General Meeting on Asar 19
Modi Energy Limited has announced a 100% right share issuance in the ratio of 1:1 based on its current paid-up capital. To approve this proposal, the company has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Asar 19 at 11 AM at Ranimahal Banquet, Gyaneshwor.
The company currently has a paid-up capital of NPR 2.90 billion. Following the right share issuance, the meeting will also decide on the utilization plan of the increased capital. Additionally, the agenda includes raising the authorized and issued capital, and appointing one director from the promoter group.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has set the book closure date on Asar 12. Hence, only shareholders holding shares until Asar 11 will be eligible to participate in the SGM and apply for the upcoming right shares.
