माउण्टेन इनर्जी नेपाल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १२औं वार्षिक साधारणसभा (AGM) मंसिर २९ गते (सोमबार, १५ डिसेम्बर २०२५) बिहान १०:०० बजे काठमाडौंको Amrapali Banquet Catering & Events, भाटभटेनी मा आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ।
कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको १३४औं बैठकले उक्त मिति, समय र स्थान तय गरेको हो। सो साधारणसभाको सूचना कम्पनीले कार्तिक २५ गतेको नयाँ पत्रिका दैनिक मा प्रकाशित गरेको छ।
वार्षिक साधारणसभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का विभिन्न वित्तीय विवरण र प्रतिवेदनमाथि छलफल हुने जनाएको छ। साधारणसभाले सञ्चालक समितिको तर्फबाट प्रस्तुत वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित २०८२ आषाढ मसान्तको वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब र नगद प्रवाह विवरणमाथि छलफल गरी पारित गर्नेछ।
कम्पनीले यस साधारणसभामार्फत आगामी वर्षका लागि आवश्यक प्रस्तावहरू पनि पारित गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
Mountain Energy Nepal Ltd. has announced that its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 15, 2025 (Mangsir 29, 2082) at 10:00 AM at Amrapali Banquet Catering & Events, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.
The decision was made during the company’s 134th Board of Directors meeting held on Kartik 20, 2082. The company officially published the AGM notice in Naya Patrika Daily on Kartik 25, 2082.
During the meeting, shareholders will discuss and approve the Board’s annual report for FY 2081/82, the auditor’s report, the balance sheet as of Ashadh-end 2082, as well as the profit and loss statement and cash flow statement for the same period.
The AGM will also address other regular financial and administrative agendas related to the company’s future operations.
