मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंकले १८.२० प्रतिशत लाभांश घोषणा गर्‍योMuktinath Bikas Bank Announces 18.20% Dividend

मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंक लिमिटेड (MNBBL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरुलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। भदौ ३१ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १८.२० प्रतिशत लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको हो। सो मध्ये १३.५३ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ४.६७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थ सहित) रहेको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरी आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपछि मात्र सो लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has announced the distribution of dividends to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Bhadra 31, decided to distribute a total dividend of 18.20 percent of the current paid-up capital. Out of this, 13.53 percent will be bonus shares, while 4.67 percent will be cash dividends (including tax purposes). The dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
