मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल : ९% नगद लाभांश घोषणाMuktinath Capital Declares 9% Cash Dividend
मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले आफ्ना सेयरधनीलाई ९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) दिने घोषणा गरेको छ। क्यापिटलको भदौ १६ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले उक्त निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले लाभांश प्रस्ताव अनुमोदनका लागि आगामी असोज १० गते साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। सभा काठमाडौंस्थित आरण्य बुटिक होटल एन्ड रेष्टुरेन्ट प्रालिमा अपराह्न ४ बजे सुरु हुने क्यापिटलले जनाएको छ।
साधारण सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८/८२ को नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब सम्बन्धी छलफल हुने छ। साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण लगायतका अन्य एजेन्डामा पनि निर्णय गरिनेछ।
Muktinath Capital Limited has announced a 9% cash dividend (including tax) for its shareholders. The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 16.
To approve the dividend proposal, the company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashoj 10. The meeting will take place at Aranya Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, starting at 4:00 PM.
During the AGM, discussions will be held on the profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2081/82. Additionally, agendas include the appointment of an auditor and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83, along with other related matters.
