मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो १६ औं वार्षिक साधारणसभा २०८२ साल असोज १० गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ। साधारणसभा काठमाडौंको हत्तीसारस्थित अरन्या बुटिक होटलमा दिउँसो ४ बजे सुरु हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
साधारणसभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन पारित गर्ने, अडिटरको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सानी विवरण, वासलात, वित्तीय विवरण र नगद प्रवाह विवरण स्वीकृत गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेका छन्।
साथै, सञ्चालक समितिले प्रस्ताव गरेको करसहित ९% नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि साधारणसभाबाट पारित गरिनेछ। आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि अडिटर नियुक्त गर्ने र अन्य आवश्यक एजेन्डाहरू समेत सभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछन्।
यस साधारणसभाका लागि किताब बन्द मिति भने हालसम्म तोकिएको छैन।
Muktinath Capital Limited has announced that its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 10, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Aranya Boutique Hotel, Hattisar, Kathmandu, starting at 4:00 PM.
The agendas of the AGM include endorsing the financial reports for the fiscal year 2081/82, along with the auditor’s report comprising the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, financial statements, and cash flow report.
The board of directors has also proposed a 9% cash dividend (including applicable taxes), which will be approved during the meeting. Similarly, the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and other necessary agendas will also be discussed.
The company has stated that the book closure date for the AGM has not yet been announced.
