मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंकले वित्तीय बजारमा आफ्नो दायरा फराकिलो बनाउने क्रममा थप दुई संस्थाहरूलाई गाभ्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाएको छ। बैंकले जानकी फाइनान्स र सिन्धु विकास बैंकलाई प्राप्ती (एक्विजिसन) गर्ने सहमति जुटाएसँगै भदौ १९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले यसबारे औपचारिक निर्णय गरेको हो। सोही दिन यी संस्थाहरूबीच प्रारम्भिक समझदारी पत्रमा हस्ताक्षर समेत भइसकेको छ।
यस प्राप्ती प्रक्रियाको औपचारिक सुरुवातसँगै सम्बन्धित संस्थाहरूका संस्थापक तथा आधारभूत शेयरधनीहरूको शेयर कारोबार रोकिएको छ। नियमनकारी प्रावधान अनुसार मर्जर तथा एक्विजिसनको प्रारम्भिक चरण पूरा भएपछि बजारमा हुने शेयरको अनधिकृत चलखेल रोक्न कारोबार रोक्का गर्ने गरिन्छ। अब यी वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले संयुक्त रूपमा एकीकृत कारोबारको तयारी अगाडि बढाउनेछन्।
Muktinath Development Bank Agrees to Acquire Janaki Finance and Sindhu Development Bank; Stock Trading Suspended In a move to expand its presence in the financial market, Muktinath Development Bank has advanced the process of acquiring two more institutions. Following an agreement to acquire Janaki Finance and Sindhu Development Bank, the board of directors of these banks formally decided on the acquisition during a meeting held on Bhadra 19. A preliminary memorandum of understanding (MoU) was also signed between the institutions on the same day. With the formal initiation of this acquisition process, share trading for the founders and core shareholders of the concerned institutions has been suspended. According to regulatory provisions, trading is suspended after completing the initial phase of merger and acquisition to prevent unauthorized stock manipulation in the market. These financial institutions will now proceed with preparations for unified joint operations.
