मुक्तिनाथ कृषि कम्पनी लिमिटेड (Muktinath Krishi Company Limited – MKCL) ले आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरूका लागि ८ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र ०.४२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समिति बैठक असोज २४ गते, २०८२ मा दिउँसो ३:३० बजे बसेर सो निर्णय गरेको हो। सो निर्णय अनुसार कम्पनीले हालको रु. ७० करोड चुक्ता पुँजीका आधारमा कुल ८.४२ प्रतिशत लाभांश, अर्थात् रु. ५ करोड ८९ लाख बराबरको रकम वितरण गर्नेछ।
यसअन्तर्गत ८% बोनस सेयर (रु. ५ करोड ५९ लाख बराबर) र ०.४२% नगद लाभांश (रु. २९ लाख ४७ हजार) वितरण गरिनेछ। नगद लाभांश कर प्रयोजनका लागि प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
बोनस सेयर वितरणपछि कम्पनीले १:०.६० अनुपात (६०%) मा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने तयारी समेत गरेको छ। बोनस सेयरपछि कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी रु. ७५ करोड ५९ लाख पुग्नेछ।
कम्पनीले उक्त प्रस्ताव स्वीकृतिका लागि आगामी वार्षिक साधारणसभा (AGM) बोलाएको छ, जसको मिति कात्तिक २१ गते, २०८२ तय गरिएको छ।
सभा सिल्भर ओक बैंक्वेट, काठमाडौंमा बिहान ११:३० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
कम्पनीले कात्तिक १४ गतेलाई बुक क्लोज मिति तोकेको छ। सो मितिभन्दा अगाडि शेयर कायम भएका शेयरधनीहरू लाभांश पाउने र AGM मा सहभागी हुन योग्य हुनेछन्।
Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL) has announced a proposal to distribute 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on Ashwin 24, 2082 (October 10, 2025) at 3:30 PM. Based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 70 crore, the total proposed dividend amounts to 8.42%, equivalent to Rs. 5.89 crore.
Out of this, Rs. 5.59 crore will be distributed as bonus shares, and Rs. 29.47 lakh as cash dividend, which will primarily be used for tax purposes on the bonus shares.
After distributing the bonus shares, the company has also planned to issue right shares in a 1:0.60 ratio (60%) based on the adjusted paid-up capital, which will increase to Rs. 75.59 crore following the bonus adjustment.
The proposed dividends and right share plan will be presented for final approval at the upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Kartik 21, 2082 (November 7, 2025).
The AGM will take place at Silver Oak Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 AM.
The company has declared Kartik 14, 2082 (October 30, 2025) as the book closure date. Shareholders recorded before that date will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
