मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड २ (MUKTINATH MUTUAL FUND 2) को प्रति इकाई अंकित मूल्य रु.१०/- दरको १०,००,००,००० (अक्षरेपी दश करोड) इकाईले हुन आउने कुल रकम रु.१,००,००,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी एक अर्ब रुपैया मात्र) मध्ये न्यूनतम १,५०,००,००० (अक्षरेपी एक करोड पचास लाख) इकाई वा कुल बिक्री भएको इकाई संख्याको न्यूनतम १५ (पन्ध्र) प्रतिशत इकाई जस मध्ये १३ (तेह्र) प्रतिशत अर्थात १,३०,००,००० (एक करोड तिस लाख) इकाई कोष प्रवर्द्धक कम्पनी मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंक लिमिटेड तथा २ (दुई) प्रतिशत अर्थात २०,००,००० (बिस लाख) इकाई योजना व्यवस्थापक कम्पनी मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडका लागि सुरक्षित राखी बाँकी न्यूनतम ८,५०,००,००० (आठ करोड पचास लाख मात्र) इकाई मिति २०८३ असोज १ गते देखि सार्वजनिक रुपमा निष्कासन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला गरिएकोमा माग भन्दा अधिक इकाई खरिदका लागि आवेदन प्राप्त हुन आएकोले आज मिति २०८३ असोज ८ गते (बैंकिङ्ग समय पश्चात्) सो इकाईको लागि आवेदन लिने कार्य बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
यस निष्काशन कार्यमा संलग्न सम्पूर्ण सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु र तिनका शाखा कार्यालयहरुले यसै सूचनालाई आधिकारिक मानि इकाईको दरखास्त बुझिलिने कार्य आज मिति २०८३ असोज ८ गते (बैंकिङ्ग समय पश्चात्) बन्द गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सद्भाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु र तिनका शाखाकार्यालयहरु, नियमन निकाय तथा सम्बन्धित सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दछौं।
Out of the total १०,००,००,००० (in words, Ten Crore) units of Muktinath Mutual Fund 2 (MUKTINATH MUTUAL FUND 2) with a face value of Rs. १०/- per unit, amounting to a total value of Rs. १,००,००,००,०००/- (in words, One Billion Rupees only), a minimum of १,५०,००,००० (in words, One Crore Fifty Lakh) units or minimum १५ (Fifteen) percent of the total sold units, out of which १३ (Thirteen) percent i.e. १,३०,००,००० (One Crore Thirty Lakh) units have been reserved for the Fund Sponsor company Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited and २ (Two) percent i.e. २०,००,००० (Twenty Lakh) units for the Scheme Manager company Muktinath Capital Limited, and the remaining minimum ८,५०,००,००० (Eight Crore Fifty Lakh only) units were opened for public issue and sale from २०८३ Ashwin १. Since applications for purchase of units have been received in excess of the demand, this notice is issued for the information of all concerned that the application process for the units will be closed today, date २०८३ Ashwin ८ (after banking hours).
All C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions and their branch offices involved in this issue process are requested to consider this notice as official and close the unit application collection work today, date २०८३ Ashwin ८ (after banking hours).
