नबिल बैंकका तीन संस्थापक शेयरधनीका १ लाख २५ हजार कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीका लागि प्रस्ताव आह्वानNabil Bank Invites Proposals to Purchase 125,000 Promoter Shares
काठमाडौँ — नबिल बैंकले आफ्ना तीन संस्थापक शेयरधनीका नाममा रहेका १ लाख २५ हजार कित्ता साधारण सेयर बिक्रीका लागि प्रस्ताव आह्वान गरेको छ। बैंकले सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गर्दै संस्थापक समूहभित्रका इच्छुक शेयरधनीलाई सो सेयर खरिद गर्न आव्हान गरेको हो।
बैंकका अनुसार जितबहादुर श्रेष्ठको नाममा रहेका ५० हजार कित्ता, जश श्रेष्ठको नाममा रहेका २५ हजार कित्ता, र जिज्ञाशा अर्यालको नाममा रहेका ५० हजार कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीका लागि उपलब्ध गराइएका छन्।
जितबहादुर श्रेष्ठ र जिज्ञाशा अर्यालले आफ्नो सेयरको मूल्य नतोकिएको जनाएको बैंकले स्पष्ट पारेको छ। तर जश श्रेष्ठले भने आफ्ना २५ हजार कित्ता सेयर प्रति कित्ता ३०१ रुपैयाँमा बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक रहेको उल्लेख गरेका छन्।
बैंकले संस्थापक समूहभित्रका इच्छुक शेयरधनीलाई तोकिएको प्रक्रिया तथा समयसीमा भित्र प्रस्ताव पेस गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ।
Kathmandu — Nabil Bank has announced the sale of 125,000 promoter shares held by three of its founding shareholders. Issuing a public notice, the bank has invited interested promoter shareholders to submit proposals for purchasing the shares.
According to the notice, Jit Bahadur Shrestha is selling 50,000 shares, Jash Shrestha is selling 25,000 shares, and Jigyasha Aryal is offering 50,000 shares for sale.
While the share price for the holdings of Jit Bahadur Shrestha and Jigyasha Aryal has not been specified, Jash Shrestha has indicated willingness to sell his 25,000 shares at Rs 301 per share, as stated in the bank’s notice.
Nabil Bank has requested interested promoter shareholders to submit their purchase proposals within the stipulated deadline and as per the set procedures.
