नबिल बैंक लिमिटेड (NABIL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको लाभांश पारित गर्न ४१औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। बैंकले पुस २८ गते, सोमबार, त्रिभुवन आर्मी अफिसर्स क्लब, भद्रकाली, काठमाडौँमा बिहान ११:१५ बजे साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्ने जनाएको छ। सभाले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १२.५० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थसहित) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ। साथै, प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्ने, उपयुक्त बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थासँग मर्जर वा एक्विजिशन सम्बन्धी कार्य गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने, संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको तर्फबाट एक जना सञ्चालकको निर्वाचन गर्ने तथा लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने लगायतका प्रस्तावहरू पनि सभामा पेश हुनेछन्। साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ बैंकले पुस १६ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएकाले पुस १४ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरूले साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन तथा प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Nabil Bank Limited has convened its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the dividend declared from its profit of the previous fiscal year. The AGM will be held on Monday, January 12 (Poush 28), at Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, starting at 11:15 AM. The meeting will approve a cash dividend of 12.50 percent (including tax) based on the bank’s paid-up capital. In addition, the AGM will discuss proposals related to amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, authorization to the Board of Directors for potential merger or acquisition with suitable banks and financial institutions, election of one director representing promoter shareholders, appointment of the auditor, and other relevant matters. For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the bank will close its books on December 31 (Poush 16). Accordingly, shareholders who hold shares until December 29 (Poush 14) will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
