नबिल बैंकले १२.५० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव गर्योNabil Bank Proposes 12.50% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82
काठमाडौं — नबिल बैंक लिमिटेड (NABIL) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि १२.५० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। बैंकको सञ्चालक समिति (बोर्ड) को ६९४औँ बैठकले मंसिर १९ गते उक्त लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको हो।
बैंकले हालको चुक्ता पूँजी २७ अर्ब ५ करोड रुपैयाँ आधारमा १२.५० प्रतिशत (करसहित) नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको जनाएको छ। प्रस्तावित लाभांश नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति र बैंकको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले (AGM) अनुमोदन गरेपछि मात्र कार्यान्वयन हुनेछ।
हाल बजारमा नबिल बैंकको शेयर मूल्य (LTP) ५१०.२० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ।
Kathmandu — Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) has proposed a 12.50% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the bank’s 694th board meeting held on Mangsir 19, 2082.
The dividend has been proposed based on the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 27.05 billion. The 12.50% cash dividend includes tax.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after obtaining approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of the latest trading session, NABIL’s stock is trading at an LTP of Rs. 510.20.
