ऋणपत्र बिक्री अनुमति:
नबिल बैंकले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डसँग ऋणपत्र बिक्री गर्न अनुमति मागेको छ।
ऋणपत्रको प्रति इकाई मूल्य १ हजार रुपैयाँ।
कुल ३० लाख इकाई (३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ) ऋणपत्र बिक्रीको अनुमति।
सर्वसाधारण र संघसंस्थाका लागि इकाई:
१२ लाख इकाई सर्वसाधारणलाई जारी गरिने।
१८ लाख इकाई बैंकले आफ्नै पहलमा अन्य संघसंस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने।
ब्याजदर र अवधि:
वार्षिक ८ प्रतिशत ब्याजदर भएको ‘नबिल बैंक डिबेन्चर, २०८९’।
डिबेन्चरको अवधि ८ वर्ष।
बिक्री प्रबन्धक:
नेपाल एसबीआइ मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड बिक्री प्रबन्धक रहेको।
Approval for Debenture Issuance:
Nabil Bank has requested permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue debentures. The debentures are priced at NPR 1,000 per unit. A total of 3 million units (equivalent to NPR 3 billion) of debentures are being sought for approval.
Units for General Public and Institutions:
1.2 million units will be issued to the general public. 1.8 million units will be sold by the bank to other institutions at its discretion.
Interest Rate and Term:
The debentures, named 'Nabil Bank Debenture, 2089,' will have an annual interest rate of 8%. The term of the debentures is 8 years.
Sales Manager:
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited will be the sales manager.
