नाडेप लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (NADEP) ले आफ्नो १०औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) आउँदो २०७९ साल जेठ २५ गते गर्न लागेको छ। सभा धादिङ जिल्लाको गल्छीस्थित ट्रिपल क्राउन रिसोर्टमा बिहान १०:०० बजे देखि सुरु हुने जानकारी गराइएको छ।
साधारण सभामा विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावहरु प्रस्तुत गरिने छन्। सभाको कार्यसूची अनुसार आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को वित्तीय विवरण, नाफा नोक्सान विवरण, नगद प्रवाह विवरण सहित अडिटरको प्रतिवेदन स्वीकृत गरिनेछ। त्यसैगरी, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि अडिटर नियुक्त गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गरिनेछ।
सभामा सेयर स्वामित्व अनुपात (shareholding ratio) मा परिवर्तन गर्ने सम्बन्धमा छलफल गरिनेछ। साथै, कम्पनी गाभ्ने/गाभिने (merger/acquisition) प्रक्रिया सम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण काम कारबाहीको अधिकार सञ्चालक समितिलाई प्रदान गर्ने प्रस्ताव समेत रहेको छ। अन्य विविध (miscellaneous) विषयहरू पनि सभामा छलफल गरिनेछन्।
कम्पनीले जेठ १२ गतेलाई पुस्तक बन्द (book closure) मिति तोकेको छ। सो मितिभन्दा अगाडि सेयर कायम गरेका शेयरधनीहरू मात्र सो साधारण सभामा सहभागी भइ मताधिकार प्रयोग गर्न सक्नेछन्।
उल्लेखनीय रूपमा, यो वार्षिक साधारण सभाले नाडेप लघुवित्तको भावी रणनीतिक योजना, विशेषगरी सेयर संरचना परिवर्तन र सम्भावित गाभ्ने/गाभिने प्रक्रियालाई अगाडि बढाउन महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) has announced its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled to take place on Jestha 25, 2082. The meeting will be held at Triple Crown Resort, Galchi, Dhading, starting from 10:00 AM onwards.
The AGM will cover several important agendas related to the company’s financial and strategic direction. Key items on the agenda include the endorsement of the financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81, including the auditor’s report, Profit and Loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements. Additionally, the meeting will approve the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
