नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडले १:१ अनुपातमा जारी गरेको २६,२४,६७६ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयरको बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न भएको छ। बैंकले मिति २०७९/०५/०८ सम्म कायम रहेका आफ्ना साविक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्रतिशेयर अंकित मूल्य रु. १०० दरमा बराबर अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर जारी गरेको थियो।
निर्धारित समयभित्र विधिपूर्वक आवेदन दिने सबै योग्य आवेदकहरूको हकप्रद शेयर २०७९/०७/२५ गते बसेको बाँडफाँट समितिको बैठकले बाँडफाँट गरी निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिलाई सिफारिस गरेको थियो। उक्त सिफारिसलाई अनुसरण गर्दै कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिले २०७९/०७/२७ गते बाँडफाँटलाई औपचारिक स्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको बैंकले जनाएको छ।
हकप्रद निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। क्यापिटलले आवेदन प्रक्रिया, बाँडफाँट तथा अन्य सम्बन्धित कार्य सञ्चालन गरेको जनाएको छ।
यससँगै नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको हकप्रद जारी प्रक्रिया औपचारिक रूपमा समाप्त भएको र शेयरधनीहरूको खातामा छिट्टै शेयर सूचीकृत हुने बैंकले जानकारी दिएको छ।
Narayani Development Bank Limited has completed the allotment of its 1:1 right shares, distributing a total of 2,624,676 units to its existing shareholders. The right shares were issued at a par value of Rs. 100 per share to shareholders recorded up to 2082/05/08.
According to the notice, the Right Share Allotment Committee conducted the allotment on 2082/07/25 for all eligible shareholders who submitted applications within the prescribed deadline. The committee then recommended the allotment decision to the company’s Board of Directors.
Following this, the bank’s Board officially approved the allotment on 2082/07/27, confirming the distribution of right shares to all valid applicants.
Global IME Capital Limited acted as the Issue and Sales Manager for the right share issuance, handling the application management, allotment process, and related administrative procedures.
With the allotment now approved, the right shares will soon be credited to the respective demat accounts of shareholders. The bank expects this capital injection to further strengthen its financial structure and support future growth.
