नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका एक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेका १,९३,८९४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा व्यक्त गरेका छन्। बैंकले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनअनुसार आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी उक्त शेयर बिक्रीको काम अघि बढाइरहेको जनाएको छ।
यसअघि बैंकले २०७९/०६/२९ र २०७९/०६/३० गते सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दै संस्थापक समूहभित्रैबाट शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिने व्यवस्था अनुसार दाबी पेश गर्न आग्रह गरेको थियो। तर सो अवधिभित्र कुनै पनि संस्थापक शेयरधनीले हकदावी नगरेपछि बैंकले अब अन्य इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरू तथा संस्थाहरूलाई समेत शेयर खरिदका लागि अवसर खुला गरेको छ।
बैंकले दोस्रो पटक प्रकाशित सूचनामार्फत संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरू वा संस्थाहरूले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजातसहित बैंकको केन्द्रिय कार्यालय, भरतपुर–१०, चितवन मा निवेदन दिनुपर्ने जनाएको छ।
इच्छुकले कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहन्छन् भन्ने विवरणसहित निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। बैंकले समयसीमाभित्र निवेदन नआएमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका नियमअनुसार आगामी प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने उल्लेख गरेको छ।

Narayani Development Bank Limited has announced that one of its existing promoter shareholders is selling 1,93,894 promoter shares. The shareholder has formally submitted a request to sell these shares, and the bank has proceeded with the process in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank’s directives.
Earlier, the bank had published a notice on 2082/06/29 and 2082/06/30, giving first priority to existing promoter shareholders to purchase the shares, as required by regulation. However, since no promoter shareholder submitted a claim within the deadline, the bank has now opened the opportunity to other interested individuals, institutions, or entities to purchase the promoter shares.
As per the newly issued second notice, any interested promoter shareholders or other eligible buyers must submit their application within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Applicants must submit the required documents along with details specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase.
Applications must be submitted at the bank’s central office located in Bharatpur-10, Bypass Road, Chitwan. The bank has stated that if no applications are received within the deadline, the next steps will be taken as per Nepal Rastra Bank regulations.
