नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकले नबिकेका ६ लाख २१ हजार ६ सय ६ वटा हकप्रद शेयर लिलाम बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। बैंकले बुधबार प्रकाशित सूचनामा संस्थापक तर्फका ६,०३,१६२ कित्ता र सर्वसाधारण तर्फका १८,४४४ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर नबिकेपछि लिलाम प्रक्रियामा लैजान लागेको जनाएको हो।
लिलाम शेयरका लागि प्रति शेयर न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। इच्छुक आवेदकले भोलिदेखि (मंसिर ११ गते, बिहीबार) देखि मंसिर २५ गते सम्म बोलपत्र मार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।

न्यूनतम मूल्य तोकिएको भए पनि आवेदकले आफूले तिर्ने दर उल्लेख गर्नुपर्ने र उच्च दर प्रस्ताव गर्ने आवेदकलाई प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ। लिलाममा सहभागी हुन चाहने लगानीकर्ताका लागि यो अवसर निकै महत्वपूर्ण मानिएको छ।
Narayani Development Bank has announced that it is auctioning 621,606 units of unsold rights shares. According to the notice published on Wednesday, 603,162 founder shares and 18,444 public shares remained unsubscribed during the rights issue, and the bank has now moved them to the auction process.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 100 per share, and interested applicants can submit their bids from tomorrow (Mangsir 11, Thursday) until Mangsir 25.

Applicants may also submit the completed bid forms at these same locations, the bank said.
