नारायणी विकास बैंक लिमिटेड (NABBC) ले अवितरित हकप्रद सेयरको लिलामी आज मंसिर २५ गते अन्त्य गर्दैछ। बैंकले मंसिर ११ गतेदेखि खुलेको लिलामीमा पुरानो १:१ अनुपातको हकप्रद वितरणबाट बाँकी रहेका ६ लाख २१ हजार ६०६ कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीका लागि ल्याएको हो।
लिलामीमा ६ लाख ३ हजार १६२ कित्ता प्रवर्द्धक (Promoter) सेयर र १८ हजार ४४४ कित्ता साधारण सेयर राखिएको छ। यी सेयरहरूमा व्यक्तिहरू, कम्पनीहरू तथा संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताले बोलपत्र पेश गर्न सक्नेछन्।
यो लिलामी सो हकप्रदमा आवेदन नपरेका अवितरित सेयरहरूको बिक्री प्रक्रिया हो। बैंकले यसअघि असोज २ गतेदेखि कात्तिक ९ गतेसम्म १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गरेको थियो।
लिलामीको व्यवस्थापन ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेड ले गरिरहेको छ। न्यूनतम बोलपत्र दर प्रतिशेयर १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। साधारण सेयरका लागि न्यूनतम आवेदन १०० कित्ता अनिवार्य छ। यद्यपि, लगानीकर्ताले चाहेको खण्डमा पूरा लिलामी सेयरकै लागि प्रस्ताव दिन सक्नेछन्, तर नियामक निकायको नियमअनुसार एकल संस्थाले किन्न पाउने अधिकतम सीमा पालना गर्नुपर्नेछ।
Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) is closing the auction of its 621,606 unclaimed rights shares today, Mangsir 25. The auction began on Mangsir 11 as part of the bank’s process to sell the portion of rights shares that remained unsubscribed during its 1:1 rights offering.
The auction includes 603,162 promoter right shares and 18,444 ordinary right shares, which are available to interested individuals, companies, and institutional investors.
These shares represent the unclaimed portion from the bank’s previous rights issue, which was offered to shareholders in a 1:1 ratio from Ashwin 2 to Kartik 9, 2082.
Global IME Capital Limited is managing the auction. The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 100 per share. For ordinary shares, the minimum bid quantity is 100 units. Although bidders may apply for the entire available quantity, they must comply with regulatory limitations on the maximum number of shares an entity is permitted to purchase.
