नेपालको पूँजी बजारमा मार्जिन कारोबारको औपचारिक सुरुवातसँगै नासा सेक्यूरिटीज कम्पनी लिमिटेड ले सोमबारदेखि मार्जिन ट्रेडिङ सेवा सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले जारी गरेको ‘मार्जिन कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०८२’ लागू भएसँगै लगानीकर्तालाई शेयर खरिदका लागि कर्जा सुविधा उपलब्ध गराउन सुरु गरेको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड ले मार्जिन कारोबारसम्बन्धी स्पष्ट कानुनी तथा नियामकीय ढाँचा तय गरेपछि नासाले अब आफ्ना ग्राहकलाई ब्रोकरमार्फत कर्जा लिएर शेयर खरिद गर्न सक्ने सुविधा प्रदान गरेको जनाएको छ। कम्पनीका अनुसार यो सेवा सुरु भएसँगै लगानीकर्ताले सीमित पूँजीमा पनि ठूलो परिमाणमा लगानी गर्न सक्ने अवसर पाउनेछन्।
नासाले लचिलो तथा ग्राहक–मैत्री ऋण संरचना तयार गरेको दाबी गरेको छ। कम्पनीले विभिन्न वर्गका लगानीकर्ता र उनीहरूको लगानी आवश्यकतालाई ध्यानमा राख्दै फरक–फरक योजना र अफरहरू सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। १० लाख रुपैयाँदेखि २ करोड रुपैयाँसम्मका मार्जिन प्रोडक्ट उपलब्ध हुनेछन्, जसको अवधि १ महिनादेखि ३ महिनासम्म रहनेछ।
उदाहरणका लागि, १० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको मार्जिन सुविधा लिन चाहने ग्राहकले ३० प्रतिशत प्रारम्भिक मार्जिन अर्थात् ३ लाख रुपैयाँ राखेर कारोबार सुरु गर्न सक्नेछन्। बाँकी ७ लाख रुपैयाँ ऋणका रूपमा प्राप्त हुनेछ। एक महिनाका लागि उक्त ऋण लिँदा सेवा शुल्क र ब्याज गरी करिब ७ हजार रुपैयाँ लाग्ने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। त्यही ऋण २ महिनाका लागि लिँदा १३ हजार ६५० रुपैयाँ र ३ महिनाका लागि लिँदा १९ हजार ९५० रुपैयाँ सेवा शुल्क तथा ब्याज तिर्नुपर्नेछ।
मार्जिन ट्रेडिङ सेवा लिन इच्छुक ग्राहकले आफ्नो मार्जिन डिम्याट खाता तथा मार्जिन ट्रेडिङ खाता नासामै खोल्नुपर्नेछ। साथै, सेबोनद्वारा जारी निर्देशिका अनुसार योग्य कम्पनीहरूको सूचीभित्र रहेका शेयरहरूमा मात्र मार्जिन कारोबार गर्न पाइनेछ।
कम्पनीले मार्जिन ट्रेडिङ सेवा सुरु भएसँगै पूँजी बजारमा नयाँ अवसर सिर्जना भएको र लगानीकर्ताले बढ्दो बजार अवसरको लाभ लिन सक्ने विश्वास व्यक्त गरेको छ।
NASA Securities Company Limited has officially launched its margin trading service from Monday, introducing new investment facilities in Nepal’s capital market. The company announced the commencement of the service following the implementation of the “Margin Trading Directive, 2082” issued by the Securities Board of Nepal.
With the new service, investors can now purchase shares by taking loans through the broker. According to the company, this facility will enable investors to utilize attractive market opportunities even with limited capital.
NASA Securities stated that it has designed a flexible and customer-friendly loan structure to meet the diverse financial needs of investors. Under this system, the company has introduced various margin trading plans ranging from NPR 1 million to NPR 20 million, with loan tenures from one to three months.
For example, an investor wishing to take a margin facility worth NPR 1 million needs to deposit only 30 percent (NPR 300,000) as the initial margin. The remaining NPR 700,000 will be provided as a loan. If the loan is taken for one month, the total service charge and interest will be approximately NPR 7,000. For two months, the charge will be NPR 13,650, and for three months, it will be NPR 19,950, as informed by the company.
To access the margin trading service, interested clients must open both a margin demat account and a margin trading account with NASA Securities. Investors are also required to trade only in eligible securities as listed under the guidelines issued by SEBON.
The company believes that the launch of margin trading will open new opportunities for investors and contribute to increasing market participation and liquidity in Nepal’s capital market.
