काठमाडौं । नेशनल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले विभिन्न बीमितका हराएका बीमालेखसम्बन्धी सूचना सार्वजनिक गर्दै सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिहरूलाई निर्धारित अवधिभित्र दाबी गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिलिपि बीमालेख माग गर्दै निवेदन परेपछि सो सम्बन्धमा सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गरेको हो।कम्पनीका अनुसार विभिन्न मितिमा जारी गरिएका बीमालेखहरू हराएको जानकारी प्राप्त भएपछि प्रतिलिपि जारी गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको छ। तर, ती बीमालेखमाथि कसैको हकदाबी भएमा प्रमाणसहित ३५ दिनभित्र दाबी गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।सूचनामा स्पष्ट पारिएअनुसार तोकिएको समयसीमाभित्र कुनै पनि दाबी नआएमा सम्बन्धित बीमितको मागअनुसार प्रतिलिपि बीमालेख जारी गरिनेछ। कम्पनीले यो प्रक्रिया बीमितहरूको अधिकार सुरक्षित राख्दै पारदर्शी ढंगले अघि बढाइएको जनाएको छ।सार्वजनिक सूचनामा विभिन्न जिल्लाका बीमितहरूको नाम, बीमालेख नम्बर तथा ठेगानासहित विस्तृत विवरण समावेश गरिएको छ, जसले सम्भावित दावेदारलाई आफ्नो हक सुनिश्चित गर्न सहयोग पुग्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।नेशनल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले बीमालेख हराउने जस्ता घटनामा सतर्कता अपनाउन आग्रह गर्दै आवश्यक परेमा समयमै जानकारी गराउन बीमितलाई सचेत गराएको छ। साथै, बीमासम्बन्धी सेवा प्रवाहलाई थप सहज, सुरक्षित र विश्वसनीय बनाउन कम्पनी प्रतिबद्ध रहेको जनाएको छ।

The notice was issued after applications were received requesting duplicate policy documents for those reported as lost.According to the company, the process to issue duplicate policy documents has been initiated following reports of loss of policies issued on various dates. However, if any individual or institution has a rightful claim over those policies, they are required to submit their claims with valid proof within 35 days.The company stated that if no claims are received within the given period, duplicate policy documents will be issued to the concerned policyholders as requested. The process has been designed to ensure transparency while safeguarding the rights of policyholders.The notice includes detailed information such as names of policyholders, policy numbers, and addresses across various districts, which is expected to help potential claimants verify and secure their rights.National Life Insurance has also advised policyholders to remain cautious to prevent such incidents and to inform the company promptly if any issues arise. The company reaffirmed its commitment to providing reliable and efficient insurance services.
