एनसेलले प्रतिष्ठित आइएसओ २७००१:२०२२ (आइएसएमएस) र २७७०१:२०१९ (पीआइएमएस) मान्यता प्राप्त गर्दै सूचना सुरक्षा र गोपनीयतामा आफ्नो नेतृत्वदायी स्थान थप सुदृढ पारेको छ। यो मान्यता प्राप्त गर्ने एनसेल नेपालकै पहिलो दूरसञ्चार कम्पनी बनेको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, यस उपलब्धिले ग्राहकहरूको सूचना सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित गर्ने प्रतिबद्धतालाई पुनः पुष्टि गरेको छ। एनसेलको डेटा सेन्टर, ग्राहक सेवा र आईटी सर्भिसेजले यी मान्यताहरू प्राप्त गरेका हुन्।

Ncell has successfully obtained the prestigious ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) and ISO 27701:2019 (PIMS) certifications, solidifying its leadership in data security and privacy. With this milestone, Ncell has become Nepal's first telecommunications company to be certified for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS).
According to the company, these certifications reaffirm Ncell’s commitment to ensuring the security of customer information. The certifications have been awarded for Ncell’s data center, customer service, and IT services, further strengthening its credibility and security standards.
