नेपाल फाइनान्स लिमिटेड (NFS) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि कुनै पनि लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
मंसिर १२ गते बसेको कम्पनीको ४०७औँ सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले चालू आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ मा शेयरधनीहरूलाई लाभांश नदिने निर्णय गरेको हो। यससँगै कम्पनीको वित्तीय विवरण नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक र आगामी वार्षिक साधारणसभाबाट स्वीकृत हुन बाँकी रहेको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
यस समाचार लेखिँदै गर्दा नेपाल फाइनान्स लिमिटेड (NFS) को सेयर मूल्य रु. ६४८ मा बन्द भएको छ।
कम्पनीले लाभांश नदिने निर्णयसँगै नाफा, पूँजी संरचना तथा आगामी रणनीतिमा कस्तो प्रभाव पर्छ भन्ने विषयमा लगानीकर्ताले चासो राखिरहेका छन्।
Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The decision was made during the company’s 407th Board of Directors meeting held on Mangsir 12, 2082. The board concluded that no dividend will be provided for the fiscal year. However, the financial statements still require approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
At the time of writing, the share price of Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) closed at Rs. 648.00.
