यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री विजय बहादुर मानन्धरको स्वामित्वमा रहेको २,२६,४०३ कित्ता तथा श्री मिरा अग्रवालको स्वामित्वमा रहेको ५,००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयरहरू बिक्रीका लागि संचालक समिति समक्ष निवेदनहरू प्राप्त भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरू खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस संस्थामा हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र नियमानुसार खरिद गर्न प्रति कित्ता मूल्य समेत उल्लेख गरी निवेदन दिनुहुन श्री ने.रा. बैंकको निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयर धनीहरूलाई अग्र प्राथमिकतामा राखि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । उक्त म्यादभित्र कुनैपनि संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट संस्थापक शेयर खरिदका लागि कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा श्री नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशनको अधिनमा रही प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम अन्य इच्छुक बाह्य खरिदकर्ताहरूलाई उपरोक्त शेयरहरू बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारीको लागि अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As applications have been received by the Board of Directors for the sale of २,२६,४०३ units of promoter shares owned by the promoter shareholder of this financial institution, Mr. Vijay Bahadur Manandhar, and ५,००० units of promoter shares owned by Ms. Mira Agrawal; this notice has been published in accordance with the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, giving top priority to the existing promoter shareholders of this institution who are interested in purchasing the said promoter shares, to submit an application mentioning the price per share within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice to purchase as per the rules.
If no application is received from any promoter shareholders for the purchase of promoter shares within the said period, this is to inform that the process of selling the above shares to other interested external buyers will be proceeded with in accordance with the prevailing laws and subject to the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank.
