नेपाल फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले अवितरित ७ लाख ९४ हजार ९७१.१८७ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। संस्थापक तथा सर्वसाधारण समूहमा हकप्रद शेयर बाँडफाँट भएपछि बाँकी रहेको शेयरलाई कम्पनीले आज (भदौ १२ गते) देखि लिलामीमा बिक्रीमा ल्याएको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, यो शेयर जोकोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी वा संघसंस्थाले खरिद गर्न सक्नेछन्। प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ भने इच्छुक खरिदकर्ताले सोभन्दा बढी दररेटमा गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमार्फत आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
लिलामीका लागि बोलपत्र भदौ १२ गतेदेखि भदौ २६ गतेसम्म बुझाउन सकिनेछ। कम्तीमा १ हजार कित्ता र बढीमा १० ले भाग जाने संख्यामा आवेदन दिनुपर्ने प्रावधान छ।
बोलपत्र फाराम शेयर बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नेपाल फाइनान्सको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा, माछापुच्छ्रे, लगनखेल र तिलोत्तमा शाखा कार्यालयमा उपलब्ध हुनेछ। साथै, प्रभु बैंकका विराटनगर, वीरगञ्ज, पोखरा, नेपालगञ्ज, सुर्खेत र धनगढी शाखामा पनि फाराम लिन तथा बुझाउन सकिने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको छ।
Nepal Finance Limited has opened an auction to sell 794,971.187 units of unsubscribed rights shares. After allotment to both the founder and general shareholders, the remaining shares are being offered for sale through sealed-bid auction starting today (Bhadra 12).
According to the company, any individual, company, or institution can participate in the purchase. The minimum price has been set at Rs. 100 per share, while interested buyers must submit a sealed bid with an offer higher than the base price, clearly stating the number of shares and the rate per unit.
The application period runs from Bhadra 12 to Bhadra 26. A minimum of 1,000 units must be applied for, and bids must be placed in multiples of 10 thereafter.
Bid forms will be available at the issue manager Prabhu Capital Limited, the central office of Nepal Finance in Banepa, and its branches in Machhapuchhre, Lagankhel, and Tilottama. Additionally, forms can also be obtained and submitted at Prabhu Bank branches in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi.
