नेपाल फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले १० लाख ९० हजार ३७१.१८७ कित्ता संस्थापक समूहका शेयरहरू बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। कम्पनीले यो अवितरित संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति तथा संघसंस्थालाई खरीद गर्न खुला गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले उक्त शेयरको प्रति कित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकेको छ। इच्छुक खरिदकर्ताहरूले आफू कुन दरमा कति कित्ता शेयर खरीद गर्न चाहन्छन् भन्ने विवरणसहित गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
बोलपत्र आजदेखि असार १ गतेभित्र कम्पनीमा बुझाइसक्नुपर्नेछ। आवेदन गर्दा न्यूनतम १,००० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम सम्पूर्ण कित्ता सम्म माग गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
यस प्रक्रियाबाट संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारणको स्वामित्वमा जाने भएकाले कम्पनीको स्वामित्व संरचनामा समेत परिवर्तन हुने देखिएको छ।

Nepal Finance Limited has announced the sale of 1,090,371.187 units of unsold promoter shares, opening them up for purchase by any interested individuals or institutions.
The minimum price per share is set at NPR 100, and the shares are available to anyone willing to participate. Interested buyers must submit a sealed bid specifying the quantity and price per share they are willing to offer.
Applications must be submitted from today until Asar 1, through a confidential sealed bidding process. Bidders can apply for a minimum of 1,000 units and up to the entire available quantity.
This sale is expected to alter the ownership structure of the company, as promoter shares will transition into the hands of general investors.
