नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड (NICL) ले साउन ६ गतेदेखि हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको ३४.७८३ प्रतिशत अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्न लागेको हो, जसअनुसार १० कित्ता बराबरमा ३.४७८३ कित्ता नयाँ सेयर पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
इन्स्योरेन्सले प्रतिकित्ता रु. १०० अंकित मूल्यमा ६५ लाख ७६ हजार ९६७.७६ कित्ता सेयर निष्काशन गर्दैछ, जसको कुल रकम रु. ६५ करोड ७६ लाख ९६ हजार ७७६ हुनेछ। हकप्रद निष्काशन प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले जेठ ३० गते बुकक्लोज गरेको छ। जेठ २९ गतेसम्म सेयर खरिद गरेका लगानीकर्ताले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद साउन २६ गते तोकिएको छ।
इन्फोमेरिक्स क्रेडिट रेटिङ नेपालले इन्स्योरेन्सलाई IRN Single A Minus रेटिङ दिएको छ, जसले समयमा वित्तीय दायित्व पूरा गर्न सक्ने पर्याप्त क्षमता जनाउँछ। सेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापक एनआईएमबि एस क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। लगानीकर्ताले बिक्री प्रबन्धकका कार्यालय, सी–आस्वा प्रणाली, मेरो सेयर पोर्टल, वा आस्वा सेवामा सहभागी बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु मार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी १ अर्ब ८९ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेकोमा हकप्रद बाँडफाँटपछि २ अर्ब ५४ करोड रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।
Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is set to issue its rights shares starting from Shrawan 6. The company is offering 34.783% rights shares on its current paid-up capital, which means existing shareholders will be able to apply for 3.4783 shares for every 10 shares held.
NICL will issue 6,576,967.76 units of rights shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share, totaling Rs. 657,696,776. For this issuance, the book closure was set on Jestha 30, and shareholders holding shares till Jestha 29 are eligible to apply. The application deadline is Shrawan 26.
Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal has assigned NICL a rating of IRN Single A Minus, indicating a sufficient level of safety for timely financial obligations. NIMB Ace Capital is managing the issuance process. Shareholders can apply through the sales manager’s office, participating ASBA member banks and financial institutions, or online via the Mero Share platform using the CASBA system.
Currently, NICL’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.89 billion, which will increase to Rs. 2.54 billion after the issuance and allotment of the rights shares.
