संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी सूचना
यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी कम्पनी महालक्ष्मी इन्भेष्टमेण्ट प्रा. लि. का शेयरधनी श्रीमती संगिता थापाज्यूले निजको नाममा रहेको १४,६१४ कित्ता शेयरहरु र सो वापतको लाभ तथा दायित्व समेत बिक्री गर्न खोज्नु भएको हुँदा ती शेयर खरीद गर्न साविक समूह “क” का विद्यमान कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी इच्छुक भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र के-कति रकममा खरीद गर्ने हो सो समेत खुलाई यस बैंकलाई लिखित रुपमा जानकारी गराउनुहुन नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी भएको एकीकृत निर्देशन-२०८२ को इ.प्रा. निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२ को प्रयोजनार्थ यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice Regarding Sale of Founder Shares
Since Mrs. Sangita Thapa, a shareholder of Mahalaxmi Investment Pvt. Ltd., which is a founder shareholder of this bank, intends to sell १४,६१४ units of shares registered in her name along with the benefits and liabilities attached thereto, any existing founder shareholder of the former Group "A" interested in purchasing those shares is requested to inform this bank in writing within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice, disclosing the purchase price amount, for the purpose of Unified Directive No. १०/०८२ issued by Nepal Rastra Bank for Unified Directives-२०८२.
