Nepal Investment Mega Bank Issues Bonds Worth NPR 4.04 Billion

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue bonds. The bank received SEBON's approval on Bhadra 2 to issue 4,040,000 units of bonds with a face value of NPR 1,000 each, totaling NPR 4.04 billion.
Bond Allocation:
For the General Public: Out of the total, bonds worth NPR 1.616 billion, equivalent to 1,616,000 units, will be issued to the general public.
Private Placement: The remaining bonds worth NPR 2.424 billion, equivalent to 2,424,000 units, will be sold through private placement.
Interest Rate and Tenure:
The bank has been approved to issue these bonds at an annual interest rate of 10% for a period of 10 years.
Sales Manager:
The sales manager for the bond issuance is Prabhu Capital Limited.
This bond issuance is expected to help the bank in capital accumulation and offer an attractive investment opportunity to investors with a favorable interest rate.
