काठमाडौं । नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड ले संस्थापक समूहअन्तर्गतको ५० हजार कित्ता सेयर लिलामीमार्फत बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। कम्पनीले इच्छुक तथा योग्य व्यक्ति, कम्पनी र संघसंस्थालाई सहभागिता जनाउन सक्ने गरी सेयर खरिदका लागि आह्वान गरेको जनाएको छ।लिलामीमा राखिएको सेयरको प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम मूल्य ४०१ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। लगानीकर्ताले गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमार्फत आवेदन दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ, जसअनुसार न्यूनतम २ हजार कित्तादेखि अधिकतम सम्पूर्ण कित्तासम्म माग गर्न सकिनेछ।कम्पनीका अनुसार बोलपत्र पेश गर्ने प्रक्रिया वैशाख १० गतेदेखि सुरु भइसकेको छ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले वैशाख २४ गते बैंकिङ समयभित्र आवेदन बुझाइसक्नुपर्नेछ।बोलपत्र आवेदन फाराम काठमाडौंको कमलपोखरीस्थित गरिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड को कार्यालयबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ भने सोही कार्यालयमा बुझाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।यस लिलामीमार्फत कम्पनीले संस्थापक सेयर संरचनामा आवश्यक समायोजन गर्दै लगानीकर्तालाई आकर्षक अवसर प्रदान गर्ने अपेक्षा गरेको जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has put 50,000 units of its promoter (founder) shares up for sale through an auction. The company has opened the bidding process to interested and eligible individuals, companies, and institutions.The minimum price for the auction has been set at Rs. 401 per share. Investors are required to submit sealed bids, with a minimum application of 2,000 units and the option to apply for up to the full quantity available.According to the company, the bid submission process began on Baisakh 10 and will remain open until Baisakh 24 during banking hours.Application forms can be obtained from the office of Garima Capital Limited, located in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, where completed bids must also be submitted.Through this auction, the company aims to restructure its promoter shareholding and provide new investment opportunities to the market.
