हितग्राही खातामा बोनस शेयर जम्मा गरिएको बारे सूचना
नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडको मिति २०८२/०१/१९ गते सम्पन्न २६औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट आ.व. २०८१/८२ को लागि पारित ५ प्रतिशत बोनश शेयर नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लि. र सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लि.मा सुचीकृत तथा दर्ता भई अभौतिक रुपमा कारोबार हुने व्यवस्था भइसकेको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौँ। मिति २०८२/०१/०७ को अघिल्लो दिनसम्म कारोबार भई लिखतमा रहेका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको बोनश शेयर सम्बन्धित हितग्राही खातामा जम्मा गरिएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ।
यस कम्पनीको शेयर मिति २०८२/०१/०६ गतेसम्म धितो बन्धक राखी कर्जा लिएका शेयरधनीहरुको हकमा शेयरधनीको हितग्राही खातामा उक्त बोनस शेयर कर्जा प्रवाह गर्ने सम्बन्धित बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाहरुको नाममा नै रोक्का जनाई जम्मा हुने हुँदा सो कर्जा राफसाफ भइसकेको खण्डमा शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई सम्बन्धित बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थामा सम्पर्क गरी सो बोनस शेयर फुकुवा गर्नु हुन अनुरोध गर्दै सो मिति पश्चात् रोक्का राखेका शेयरधनीहरुको बोनस शेयरधनीको हितग्राही खातामा रोक्का नजनाई जम्मा हुने हुँदा सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई निजको बोनस शेयर रोक्का भए/ नभएको यकिन गर्नुहुन तथा रोक्का नरहेको खण्डमा रोक्का समेत गर्नुहुन यसै सूचनाबाट सूचित गराइन्छ।
Notice regarding Deposit of Bonus Shares into Demat Accounts
We hereby inform that the ५ percent bonus shares approved for the F.Y. २०८१/८२ by the २६th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited held on date २०८२/०१/१९ have been listed and registered with Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. and CDS and Clearing Ltd., and arrangements have been made for trading in dematerialized form. It is informed that the bonus shares of shareholders who maintained record by trading up to the previous day of date २०८२/०१/०७ have been credited to their respective demat accounts.
In the case of shareholders who pledged the company's shares as collateral for loans up to date २०८२/०१/०६, the said bonus shares will be credited to the shareholder's demat account with a lock-in/pledge status in the name of the respective banks/financial institutions that extended the loan. Therefore, if the loan has been cleared, shareholders are requested to contact the concerned bank/financial institution to unfreeze the bonus shares. For shares pledged after that date, the bonus shares will be credited without pledge status in the shareholder's demat account; hence, concerned banks and financial institutions are notified through this notice to verify whether the bonus shares are pledged or not and to pledge them if they are not yet pledged.
