नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड (NLIC) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि २१.०५ प्रतिशत लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। कुल लाभांश रकम करिब १ अर्ब ९० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबर हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
मंसिर २४ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको ४०४औँ बैठकले सेयरधनीलाई १६.०५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) र ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको हो। कम्पनीको हालको चुक्ता पुँजी ९.०२ अर्ब रुपैयाँ छ।
यो लाभांश प्रस्ताव नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्स प्राधिकरण र कम्पनीको आगामी साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्र कार्यान्वयनमा आउनेछ।
सोमबार कारोबार अन्त्यसँगै नेपाल लाइफको सेयर मूल्य ८२२ रुपैयाँ ८० पैसा मा बन्द भएको छ।
Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has proposed a 21.05% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, amounting to approximately Rs. 1.90 billion.
The proposal was endorsed by the company’s 404th board meeting held on Mangsir 24. As per the decision, shareholders will receive a 16.05% cash dividend (including tax) and 5% bonus shares based on the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 9.02 billion.
The proposed dividend will come into effect only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of the latest trading session, NLIC’s share price closed at Rs. 822.80.
