काठमाडौँ — नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीका २ लाख कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीका लागि खुला गरिएको छ। शेयरधनी बोध प्रसाद त्रिपाठीको स्वामित्वमा रहेको सो सेयर संस्थापक समूहभित्रका शेयरधनीहरूका लागि प्राथमिक रूपमा बिक्री खुला गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले ३५ दिनभित्र सेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन नदिएमा सो सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिनेछ।
इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले काठमाडौँको कमलपोखरीस्थित शेयर रजिष्ट्रार नेपाल लाइफ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडमा आफ्नो निवेदन पेस गर्न सक्ने सूचना जारी गरिएको छ।
कम्पनीले तोकिएको समयसीमाभित्र आवेदन नआए सेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्रीका लागि उपलब्ध गराइने स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
Kathmandu — Nepal Life Insurance Company has announced that 200,000 promoter shares held by shareholder Bodh Prasad Tripathi are available for sale. The company has opened the offering exclusively for existing promoter shareholders in the first phase.
According to the notice, if the current promoter shareholders do not submit purchase applications within 35 days, the company will then make the shares available to the general public.
Interested promoter shareholders must submit their applications to the share registrar, Nepal Life Capital Limited, located in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.
The company clarified that if no applications are received within the stipulated period, the shares will be made available for sale to the public.
