Nepal Lube Oil Declares 20% Bonus Shares and Dividend, AGM on Ashwin 31

Nepal Lube Oil (NLO) has announced a 20% bonus share distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. To approve this proposal, the company has called its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 31 at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, starting at 11:30 AM. Along with the bonus shares, the AGM will also endorse a 1.05264% cash dividend for tax purposes, issue 200% right shares to raise capital, amend the company’s Articles and Memorandum of Association, and elect directors representing the public shareholders.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has announced a book closure from Ashwin 12 to Ashwin 31. Accordingly, only those investors holding shares traded on NEPSE until Ashwin 9 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
