नेपाल ल्युब आयलले एफपीओ जारी गर्ने Nepal Lube Oil to Issue FPO (Further Public Offering)
नेपाल ल्युब आयलले सेयरधनीका लागि २५ प्रतिशत लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश र २० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।

एफपीओ (थप सेयर निष्कासन) प्रस्ताव:
कम्पनीले साधारणसभामा लाभांशका साथै प्रिमियम मूल्य थप गरी एफपीओ जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि राखेको छ। एफपीओको संख्या र मूल्य पछि निर्धारण गरिनेछ। एफपीओ जारी गरी पूँजी वृद्धि गर्नका लागि आवश्यक कामकारबाहीको जिम्मेवारी सञ्चालक समितिलाई दिने प्रस्ताव पनि साधारणसभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ।

बजारमा सूचीकृत भए पनि सेयर बिक्री गर्नेहरू नहुँदा कम्पनीको सेयर कारोबार छैन, जसले गर्दा मूल्य स्थिर रहेको छ। यो कम्पनीको बलियो वित्तीय स्थितिका बाबजुत, सेयर बजारमा कम व्यापारिक गतिविधि देखिएको छ।
