नेपाल माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्सले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि संचालन गरेको आइपीओ आवेदन दिने अन्तिम मिति आज माघ २२ गते रहेको छ। कम्पनीले जारी पुँजीको ३० प्रतिशत अर्थात् २२ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्कासन गरेकोमा, त्यसमध्ये २ लाख २५ हजार कित्ता विशेष रूपमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। यो योजनाले उल्लेखनीय आकर्षण पाएको छ, जसअन्तर्गत हिजोसम्म ७.११ गुणा बढी आवेदन परेको छ। ओभरसब्सक्राइब भएकाले शेयर गोलाप्रथामार्फत बाँडफाँट हुनेछ। इच्छुक आवेदकहरूले बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था वा 'मेरो शेयर' अनलाइन प्रणालीबाट आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
Nepal Micro Insurance's IPO for Nepalese working abroad has its last application date today, Magh 22. The company has issued 30% of its total capital, amounting to 2.25 million shares, of which 225,000 shares are specifically allocated for Nepalese employed overseas. This IPO has garnered significant interest, with applications exceeding demand by 7.11 times as of yesterday. Since it is oversubscribed, shares will be allotted through a lottery system. Interested applicants can apply through banks and financial institutions or via the online "Mero Share" system.
