नेपाल आयल निगमले सेयरधनीलाई १० प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्नेNepal Oil Corporation to Distribute 10% Dividend to Shareholders
नेपाल आयल निगमले आफ्ना सेयरधनीहरूलाई १० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। निगमको चैत ४ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले चुक्ता पुँजीको १० प्रतिशत (करसहित) नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको हो ।
निगमको तथ्याङ्कअनुसार चुक्ता पुँजी ११ अर्ब रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। सोही आधारमा सेयरधनीहरूलाई कुल १ अर्ब १० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ। यो प्रस्तावलाई अनुमोदन गर्न निगमले चैत २९ गते उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालयको सभाकक्ष, सिंहदरबारमा अपरान्ह १ बजे ४३औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ।
साधारण सभाले सञ्चालक समितिको प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को वासलात, नाफा-नोक्सान हिसाब र नगद प्रवाह विवरण पारित गर्नेछ। साथै, लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति, पारिश्रमिक र खर्च अनुमोदन गर्नुका अतिरिक्त आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को लेखापरीक्षणका लागि महालेखा परीक्षकको कार्यालयको परामर्शअनुसार लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गरी पारिश्रमिक तोक्ने एजेन्डा पनि समावेश छन्।
यसैगरी, साधारण सभाको निर्णय पुस्तिकामा हस्ताक्षर गर्न सेयरधनी र सञ्चालकहरूका तर्फबाट एक-एक जना प्रतिनिधि चयन गरिनेछ।
यसअघि निगमले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७६/७७ मा सेयरधनीहरूलाई २० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गरेको थियो।
Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend to its shareholders. The decision was made during a meeting of the corporation’s board of directors on Chaitra 4, approving a 10% cash dividend (including tax) based on its paid-up capital.
According to NOC’s data, its paid-up capital stands at 11 billion Nepali rupees. Based on this, the corporation will distribute a total of 1.1 billion rupees in dividends to its shareholders. To ratify this proposal, NOC has called its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 29 at 1:00 PM in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies in Singha Durbar.
The AGM will approve the board of directors’ report, the auditor’s report along with the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement for the fiscal year 2080/81 (2023/24). It will also address the appointment of an auditor, approval of remuneration and expenses, and the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 (2024/25) based on consultation with the Office of the Auditor General, including fixing their remuneration. Additionally, one representative each from the shareholders and the board will be designated to sign the AGM’s resolution book.
Previously, NOC distributed a 20% cash dividend to shareholders for the fiscal year 2076/77 (2019/20).
