नेपाल आयल निगमले १० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्नेNepal Oil Corporation to Distribute 10 Percent Cash Dividend
नेपाल आयल निगमले गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को मुनाफाबाट १० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। निगमको चैत ४ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले यो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्दै चैत २९ गते साधारण सभा बोलाउने निर्णय गरेको हो। सभा उद्योग वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालयको सभाकक्ष, सिंहदरबारमा अपरान्ह १ बजे हुनेछ।
सभामा गत वर्षको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, नाफा नोक्सान र नगद प्रवाह विवरणमाथि छलफल हुनेछ। साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारणको एजेन्डा पनि समावेश छ। निगम सरकारी स्वामित्वको संस्था भएकाले दोस्रो बजारमा सूचीकृत छैन।
Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decided to distribute a 10 percent cash dividend from the profits of the last fiscal year 2080/81. The decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting on March 18, which also called for a general assembly on March 29. The assembly will take place at 1 PM in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies in Singha Durbar.
The agenda includes discussions on the annual report, profit and loss, and cash flow statements of the last fiscal year. Additionally, the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and their remuneration will be determined. As a government-owned entity, NOC is not listed in the secondary market.
