काठमाडौँ । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्ने उद्देश्यले ४० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणमार्फत बोलकबोल आह्वान गरेको छ। बैंकले शुक्रबार जारी गरेको सूचनाअनुसार बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया अनलाइन प्रणालीमार्फत सञ्चालन गरिनेछ । २०८३ वैशाख २५ गते प्रकाशित सूचनामा उल्लेख भएअनुसार उक्त उपकरणको अवधि ९६ दिन रहनेछ भने यसको ब्याजदर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट निर्धारण गरिनेछ । राष्ट्र बैंकले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँदेखि बढीमा ५ करोड रुपैयाँले भाग हुने गरी आवेदन दिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। बहुब्याजदर प्रणालीमा एकभन्दा बढी बोल प्रस्ताव गर्न सकिनेछ। “क”, “ख” र “ग” वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले यस प्रक्रियामा सहभागिता जनाउन पाउनेछन्। समान ब्याजदर प्रस्ताव भएमा प्रोराटा आधारमा बाँडफाँड गरिनेछ भने कुल स्वीकृत रकमभन्दा बढी माग आएमा सबैभन्दा कम ब्याजदर प्रस्ताव गर्ने संस्थालाई प्राथमिकता दिइने राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has invited bids for a deposit collection instrument worth NPR 40 billion as part of its liquidity management measures. According to a notice issued by the central bank on Friday, the bidding process will be conducted through an online system. As per the notice published on Baisakh 25, 2083, the instrument will have a maturity period of 96 days, while the interest rate will be determined through the bidding process. The central bank stated that bids can be submitted for a minimum of NPR 100 million and in multiples of NPR 50 million thereafter. Multiple bids can also be placed under the multi-interest rate system. Class “A”, “B”, and “C” banks and financial institutions are eligible to participate in the process. Nepal Rastra Bank further stated that if identical interest rates are quoted, allocation will be made on a pro-rata basis, while institutions offering lower interest rates will be given priority if total demand exceeds the approved amount.
