नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको मौद्रिक नीतिको पहिलो त्रैमासिक समीक्षाको तयारी गरिरहेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले हरेक त्रैमासिक र अर्धवार्षिक समीक्षाको माध्यमबाट मुलुकको मौद्रिक स्थिति विश्लेषण गरी आवश्यक नीति परिमार्जन गर्ने गरेको छ। यस पटकको समीक्षा मंसिरको पहिलो सातासम्म आउन सक्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। यससँगै सेयर बजारका लगानीकर्ताहरू र बैंकिङ क्षेत्रले केही लचक नीतिहरू आउने आशा राखेका छन्।
समीक्षाको तयारीमा राष्ट्र बैंक: नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक मौद्रिक नीतिको प्रथम त्रैमासिक समीक्षाको तयारीमा जुटेको छ। यस समीक्षाले चालु आर्थिक वर्षको मौद्रिक नीतिमा केही परिमार्जन हुने अनुमान गरिएको छ।
त्रैमासिक र अर्धवार्षिक समीक्षा अनिवार्य: राष्ट्र बैंकले हरेक त्रैमासिक र अर्धवार्षिक मौद्रिक नीति समीक्षा ल्याउनुपर्ने हुन्छ। त्रैमासिक समीक्षा त्रैमास सकिएको ४५ दिनभित्र सार्वजनिक गरिन्छ।
आन्तरिक तयारी: राष्ट्र बैंकको आर्थिक अनुसन्धान विभागले आन्तरिक तयारी गरी समीक्षाको मस्यौदा तयार गरिरहेको छ। मस्यौदा तयार भएपछि व्यवस्थापन समितिमा पठाइनेछ, जसले फाइनल गरेर बोर्डमा पेश गर्नेछ। बोर्ड बैठकले समीक्षा पारित गरेपछि मात्र सार्वजनिक गरिनेछ।
मंसिरको पहिलो सातासम्म समीक्षा: राष्ट्र बैंकले मंसिरको पहिलो सातासम्म मौद्रिक समीक्षा आउन सक्ने जानकारी दिएको छ। यससँगै बैंक तथा अन्य बजारहरूमा केही लचक नीति आउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
सेयरधितो कर्जा सम्बन्धी आशा: सेयर बजारका लगानीकर्ताहरूले सेयरधितो कर्जा सम्बन्धी हालको सीमा हट्ने र यस्तो कर्जाको जोखिम भार पनि घट्ने अपेक्षा गरेका छन्। यसले सेयर बजारमा थप उत्साह ल्याउने र लगानीकर्ताहरूको आत्मविश्वास बढाउने अनुमान गरिएको छ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको यस त्रैमासिक समीक्षाले आर्थिक क्षेत्रमा केही लचकता ल्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। सेयर बजार, बैंक तथा अन्य बजारहरूमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव पर्ने र मौद्रिक व्यवस्थापनमा सुधार आउने विश्वास गरिएको छ।
