नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/०८२ का लागि मौद्रिक नीति ल्याउने तयारी गरेको छ। यहाँ मुख्य बुँदाहरु प्रस्तुत छन्:
1. मौद्रिक नीतिको तयारी:
- नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले साउनको पहिलो हप्ता मौद्रिक नीति ल्याउने तयारी।
- विभिन्न निजी क्षेत्र, सरकारलगायतसँग सुझाव संकलन गर्दै लेखनको चरणमा।
2. सुझाव संकलन:
- असार १६ गतेभित्र मौद्रिक नीतिका लागि सुझाव मागिएको।
- निजी क्षेत्र र अन्य सरोकारवालासँग परामर्श।
3. गभर्नरको वक्तव्य:
- गभर्नर महाप्रसाद अधिकारीले बजेटका लक्ष्यहरु प्राप्त गर्न सघाउनेगरी मौद्रिक नीति ल्याउने।
- मौद्रिक नीति समग्र आर्थिक क्षेत्रलाई चलायमान बनाउने गरी आउने।
4. मौद्रिक नीतिको लक्षण:
- आगामी आर्थिक वर्षको मौद्रिक नीति तुलनात्मक रुपमा खुकुलो हुने।
- कर्जा लगानी विस्तार हुनेगरी खुकुलो मौद्रिक नीति ल्याउने तयारी।
5. मौद्रिक नीतिको परिचय:
- मौद्रिक नीति मुद्राप्रदाय अर्थात मुद्रा आपूर्ति नियन्त्रण गर्नको लागि बनाइने नीति।
- कुनै पनि मुलुकको केन्द्रीय बैंकले निर्माण गर्ने नीति।
- नेपालमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले मौद्रिक नीति बनाउने प्रचलन।
6. मौद्रिक नीतिको उद्देश्य:
- बजारमा आवश्यकता भन्दा बढी मुद्रा आपूर्ति रोक्न।
- मुद्रास्फिती व्यवस्थापन गर्न।
