नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले सेवा रेमिट प्रा.लिको इजाजतपत्र खारेज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले शुक्रबार प्रकाशित सूचनामा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक, विप्रेषण विनियमावली, २०७९ को विनियम १३ को उप विनियम १० खण्ड 'ङ' बमोजिम कम्पनीको इजाजतपत्र खारेज हुने जानकारी दिएको हो।
इजाजतपत्र खारेज: सेवा रेमिट प्रा.लिको इजाजतपत्र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नियमानुसार खारेज गरिने भएको छ।
लेनदेन हिसाब बुझाउने समय: राष्ट्र बैंकले सेवा रेमिटसँग कुनै लेनदेन रकम बाँकी भए ३५ दिनभित्र लिखित जानकारी गराउन अनुरोध गरेको छ।
बैंक जमानत फुकुवा: तोकिएको समयमा लिखित जानकारी प्राप्त नभएमा सेवा रेमिटको बैंक जमानत फुकुवा गरिने र बाँकी रकमको हिसाब बैंक जमानतबाट मिलान गरिने बताइएको छ।
यो सूचनासँगै राष्ट्र बैंकले कम्पनीसँग रहेका लेनदेन सम्बन्धी सबै हिसाब समयमै बुझाउन आग्रह गरेको छ।
Nepal Rastra Bank has decided to cancel the license of Seva Remit Pvt. Ltd. In a notice published on Friday, the central bank announced that the company's license would be revoked in accordance with Sub-Regulation 10, Clause 'Ng' of Regulation 13 under the Nepal Rastra Bank Remittance Bylaws, 2079.
License Cancellation: Seva Remit Pvt. Ltd.'s license will be canceled as per the regulations of Nepal Rastra Bank.
Transaction Report Submission Deadline: Nepal Rastra Bank has requested Seva Remit to submit any outstanding transaction details in writing within 35 days.
Bank Guarantee Release: If written information is not provided within the stipulated time, Seva Remit's bank guarantee will be released, and any remaining amounts will be settled through the bank guarantee.
With this notice, the central bank has urged the company to submit all pending transaction details promptly.
