नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न ३० अर्ब रुपैयाँ संकलन गर्नेNepal Rastra Bank to Withdraw NPR 30 Billion to Manage Excess Liquidity
केन्द्रीय बैंक नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा अधिक तरलता देखिएपछि पुनः निक्षेप संकलन उपकरण प्रयोग गर्दै ३० अर्ब रुपैयाँ संकलन गर्ने भएको छ । राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार आज आइतबार दिउँसो ३ बजे यससम्बन्धी बोलकबोल हुनेछ। निक्षेप दिन चाहने बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँ र अधिकतम कुल आह्वान रकमसम्म ५ करोड रुपैयाँले भाग गर्दा निःशेष भाग जाने गरी बोलकबोल गर्न सक्नेछन्। बोलकबोल ब्याजदरका आधारमा गरिनेछ भने बहुब्याजदरमा पनि बहुबोलकबोल गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यस प्रक्रियामा ‘क’, ‘ख’ र ‘ग’ वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामात्र सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। ८७ दिने अवधिको यस निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणको साँवा तथा ब्याज आगामी २०८३ जेठ ६ गते भुक्तानी गरिने जनाइएको छ।
Nepal’s central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank, has decided to withdraw NPR 30 billion from the banking system by using a deposit collection instrument due to excess liquidity. According to the bank, bidding for this instrument will be held today (Sunday) at 3:00 PM. Interested banks and financial institutions can participate with a minimum bid of NPR 100 million, and bids must be in multiples of NPR 50 million up to the total announced amount. The bidding will be conducted on an interest rate basis, with provisions for multiple bids at different rates. Only Class ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ financial institutions are eligible to participate. The 87-day deposit collection instrument will mature on Jestha 6, 2083 (BS), on which both principal and interest will be paid.
