नेपाल एसबीआई बैंक : ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश र ४ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने Nepal SBI Bank to Distribute 5% Cash Dividend and 4% Bonus Shares
नेपाल एसबीआई बैंकले आगामी पुस १८ गते वार्षिक साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। बैंकले बिहीबार सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गर्दै सभा काठमाडौंस्थित आर्मी अफिसर्स क्लबमा बस्ने जानकारी दिएको हो। सभामा चालु आर्थिक वर्षसम्बन्धी महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावहरू टेबुल गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ। साधारणसभाले सञ्चालक समितिले अघि पारित गरेको नगद लाभांश र बोनस सेयर सम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव अनुमोदन गर्नेछ। बैंकले सेयरधनीहरूलाई चुक्ता पुँजीको ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) र ४ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्ने जनाएको छ। बोनस र नगद लाभांश दुवै प्रस्ताव पारित भएपछि ती रकम सेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Nepal SBI Bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Poush 18. In a notice issued on Thursday, the bank announced that the meeting will be held at the Army Officers Club in Kathmandu. Key proposals related to the current fiscal year will be presented during the assembly.
The AGM is set to approve the Board of Directors’ proposal to distribute dividends to shareholders. The bank has proposed 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) and 4 percent bonus shares based on the paid-up capital.
Once the AGM endorses the proposals, the bank will begin the process of distributing both the cash and bonus dividends to its shareholders.
