नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) को आधिकारिक इमेल आईडी ह्याकरहरूको नियन्त्रणमा पुगेको छ । बोर्डले प्राविधिक कारणले समस्या भएको भन्दै सूचना जारी गरेको छ, तर आन्तरिक स्रोतहरूका अनुसार ह्याकरहरूले उक्त इमेलबाट दर्जनभन्दा बढी कम्पनीहरूलाई निर्देशनसहितका मेलहरू समेत पठाएको आंसका गरीएको छ । यसको अनुसन्धान भईरहेको पनि बुभिएको छ । बोर्डका उच्च अधिकारीहरूका अनुसार, इमेल आईडी हाल ह्याकरहरूको हातमा छ । यसबाट विभिन्न कम्पनीहरूलाई नियामकीय निर्देशनहरू जस्ता देखिने मेलहरू पठाइएको बुझिएको छ ।
“हामीले यसलाई प्राविधिक समस्या भनेर मात्रै सूचना जारी गरेका छौँ, तर वास्तविकता यो हो कि ह्याकरहरूले इमेलमा पहुँच प्राप्त गरेका छन्,“ एक उच्च स्रोतले नाम नखुलाउने शर्तमा बताए । बोर्डले जारी गरेको आधिकारिक सूचनामा भनिएको छ, “बोर्डको आधिकारिक इमेलहरूमा प्राविधिक कारणले समस्या आएको छ । यसको सञ्चालनमा लाग्न आवश्यक कार्य भइरहेको जानकारी गराउँदै यसबाट सरोकारवालाहरूमा पर्न गएको असुविधाप्रति क्षमा प्रार्थी छौँ।“ तर, स्रोतहरूका अनुसार यो सूचना मात्रै ढाकछोप गर्ने प्रयास हो । ह्याकरहरूले बोर्डको वेबसाइटमा पनि प्रवेश गर्ने प्रयास गरेको दाबी गरिएको छ, जसले गर्दा बोर्डको सम्पूर्ण डिजिटल सुरक्षामा प्रश्नचिन्ह खडा भएको छ । धितोपत्र बजारका विज्ञहरूले यस घटनालाई गम्भीर ठहर गर्दै बोर्डको साइबर सुरक्षामा कमजोरी भएको बताएका छन्।
“यस्ता संस्थाहरूको इमेल र वेबसाइटमा ह्याकिङ प्रयास हुनु भनेको सम्पूर्ण बजारको विश्वसनीयतामा असर पर्नु हो,“ एक बजार विश्लेषकले भने । बोर्डले यसबारे थप छानबिन गरिरहेको बताइए पनि आधिकारिक रूपमा कुनै प्रतिक्रिया दिएको छैन । यस घटनाले नेपालको वित्तीय क्षेत्रमा साइबर सुरक्षाको आवश्यकताबारे बहस सुरु गरेको छ । सम्बन्धित पक्षहरूले सतर्क रहन र बोर्डबाट आउने कुनै पनि मेलको प्रमाणिकता जाँच्न सुझाव दिएका छन् । थप विवरणका लागि बोर्डको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट वा सम्पर्क नम्बरहरू प्रयोग गर्न भनिएको छ ।
The official email ID of the Nepal Securities Board (Sebon) has fallen into the hands of hackers.
