काठमाडौं — नेपाल दूरसञ्चार कम्पनी लिमिटेड (नेपाल टेलिकम) ले आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/८४ का लागि आफ्नो धितोपत्र कारोबारसम्बन्धी काम गर्न दलाल (सेयर ब्रोकर) कम्पनीहरूलाई सूचीकृत हुन प्रस्ताव आह्वान गरेको छ । टेलिकमले संस्थागत सेयर कारोबारलाई व्यवस्थित गर्न आवश्यक योग्यता पुगेका इच्छुक ब्रोकर कम्पनीहरूलाई सूची दर्ताका लागि आवेदन दिन आग्रह गरेको हो ।
सूचीकरणमा सहभागी हुन चाहने कम्पनी नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट विधिवत रूपमा अनुमति प्राप्त गरी अद्यावधिक नवीकरण भएको र स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (प्यान) लिएको हुनुपर्नेछ । टेलिकमले तय गरेको मापदण्डअनुसार आवेदकले बोर्डले तोकेको न्यूनतम चुक्ता पुँजी कायम गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ । साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को कर चुक्ता गरेको प्रमाणपत्र पेस गर्नुपर्ने र उक्त वर्ष कम्पनीको खुद कार्यशील पुँजी अनिवार्य रूपमा धनात्मक भएको हुनुपर्ने सर्त राखिएको छ ।
यसका अतिरिक्त, टेलिकमले अनुभव र कारोबार रकममा पनि निश्चित मापदण्ड तोकेको छ । आवेदक कम्पनीको पछिल्ला दुई आर्थिक वर्ष (२०८०/८१ र २०८१/८२) मा सेयर खरिदबिक्रीको औसत वार्षिक कारोबार रकम १० अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा माथि हुनुपर्नेछ । ब्रोकर पेसामा कम्तीमा दुई वर्ष बिताएको र कुनै पूर्ण वा आंशिक सरकारी स्वामित्व भएको संस्था वा अन्य संगठित संस्थाको सेयर कारोबारमा न्यूनतम एक वर्ष काम गरेको अनुभव भएका कम्पनीले मात्र आवेदन दिन पाउनेछन् । कानुनबमोजिम कारोबार गर्न अयोग्य नठहरिएका कम्पनीलाई मात्र सूचीकृत गरिने टेलिकमले स्पष्ट पारेको छ ।
KATHMANDU — Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited (Nepal Telecom) has invited proposals from qualified stock brokerage firms to enlist them as official service providers for the fiscal year 2083/84 BS. The state-owned telecom giant issued the call to streamline and manage its institutional securities trading operations by partnering with capable brokerage companies.
To participate in the enlisting process, interested firms must be duly registered under prevailing laws and hold an active, updated license from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Applicants are required to meet SEBON's minimum paid-up capital threshold and possess a Permanent Account Number (PAN). Additionally, the firms must submit their tax clearance certificate for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS and officially demonstrate a positive net working capital for the same year.
Nepal Telecom has also set strict financial and experiential benchmarks for the selection process. Brokerage firms must have recorded an average annual stock trading turnover exceeding Rs 10 billion over the past two fiscal years (2080/81 and 2081/82 BS). Along with a minimum of two years of overall operational experience, the applicant must have at least one year of specific experience providing brokerage services to a fully or partially government-owned company or a similar corporate institution. The company has clarified that only firms legally eligible to trade securities can submit their proposals.
