NEPSE Adjusts Share Prices of 9 Companies

On Friday, January 2, 2026, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) adjusted the share prices of nine companies following their book closure. The adjusted companies include Swarojgar Laghubitta, Arun Valley Hydropower, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta, Mero Microfinance, Api Power, Global IME Laghubitta, Kalika Power, Himalayan Laghubitta, and United Idi Mardi and RB Hydropower. NEPSE carried out the price adjustments after these companies closed their books for annual general meetings and dividend distribution purposes. Trading of these shares in the secondary market will resume from Sunday based on the newly adjusted prices.
