नेप्सेमा कामना सेवा विकास बैंक र यूनिभर्सल पावरको सेयर मूल्य समायोजनNEPSE Adjusts Share Prices of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank and Universal Power Company
काठमाडौं । नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा दुई कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरिएको छ। नेप्सेले कामना सेवा विकास बैंक र युनिभर्सल पावर कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य लाभांश वितरण र साधारण सभा प्रयोजनार्थ बुकक्लोज भएपछि समायोजन गरेको हो।
नेप्सेका अनुसार, कामना सेवा विकास बैंकले १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र युनिभर्सल पावर कम्पनीले ९ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर घोषणा गरेपछि सेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरिएको हो।
समायोजनपश्चात कामना सेवा विकास बैंकको सेयर मूल्य रु ४७७.७३ कायम भएको छ भने युनिभर्सल पावर कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य रु ३८०.२८ कायम भएको छ।
अघिल्लो कारोबार दिन अर्थात मंगलबार, दोस्रो बजारमा कामना सेवा विकास बैंकको सेयर प्रतिकित्ता रु ५२५.५० र युनिभर्सल पावरको सेयर रु ४१४.५० मा अन्तिम कारोबार भएको थियो। सोही मूल्यलाई आधार मानेर नेप्सेले समायोजन गरेको हो।
यसरी समायोजित मूल्यलाई आधार बनाएर आजदेखि दोस्रो बजारमा यी कम्पनीहरूको कारोबार सुरु हुनेछ।
Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank and Universal Power Company following their book closure for the purpose of dividend distribution and annual general meeting (AGM).
According to NEPSE, the adjustment was made after the companies declared bonus shares — 10 percent for Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank and 9 percent for Universal Power Company.
After the adjustment, the share price of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has been set at Rs. 477.73, while Universal Power Company’s share price has been fixed at Rs. 380.28.
On the previous trading day (Tuesday), the last transaction price of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank was Rs. 525.50 per share, and Universal Power Company’s share was traded at Rs. 414.50. NEPSE carried out the adjustment based on these closing prices.
The secondary market will now open today’s trading session with these adjusted prices as the new base.
