नेप्सेमा लक्ष्मी सनराइज र कालिञ्चोक दर्शनको सेयर मूल्य समायोजनNEPSE Adjusts Share Prices of Laxmi Sunrise Bank and Kalinchok Darshan
काठमाडौं । नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा दुई कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य समायोजन भएको छ । नेप्सेले लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंक लिमिटेड र कालिञ्चोक दर्शन लिमिटेडको सेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरेको हो ।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ दुवै कम्पनीले बुक क्लोज गरेसँगै नेप्सेले बोनस सेयर समायोजन गर्दै नयाँ सेयर मूल्य निर्धारण गरेको हो । नेप्सेले लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको १० प्रतिशत र कालिञ्चोक दर्शन लिमिटेडको ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर समायोजन गरेको जनाएको छ ।
समायोजनपश्चात लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको सेयर मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता २१३ रुपैयाँ ६४ पैसा कायम भएको छ भने कालिञ्चोक दर्शनको सेयर मूल्य ८६० रुपैयाँ ९५ पैसा निर्धारण गरिएको छ ।
नेप्सेले अघिल्लो कारोबार दिनको अन्तिम मूल्यका आधारमा सेयर मूल्य समायोजन गरेको हो । सोमबार दोस्रो बजारमा लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको सेयर प्रतिकित्ता २३५ रुपैयाँमा अन्तिम कारोबार भएको थियो भने कालिञ्चोक दर्शनको सेयर प्रतिकित्ता ९०४ रुपैयाँमा अन्तिम कारोबार भएको थियो ।
समायोजित मूल्यका आधारमा आजबाट दोस्रो बजारमा यी दुई कम्पनीको सेयर कारोबार खुल्ने नेप्सेले जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of two listed companies following their book closure for annual general meetings and dividend distribution.
NEPSE adjusted the share prices of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited and Kalinchok Darshan Limited after both companies closed their books for bonus share distribution. The exchange made the adjustment in line with the announced bonus share ratios.
According to NEPSE, the share price of Laxmi Sunrise Bank was adjusted by 10 percent to reflect its bonus share issue, while the share price of Kalinchok Darshan was adjusted by 5 percent. After the adjustment, Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s share price has been fixed at Rs 213.64 per share, while Kalinchok Darshan’s share price stands at Rs 860.95 per share.
The price adjustment was made based on the closing prices of the previous trading day. On Monday, Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s shares last traded at Rs 235 per share, while Kalinchok Darshan’s shares closed at Rs 904 per share in the secondary market.
Trading in the shares of both companies will resume today in the secondary market based on the adjusted prices, NEPSE said.
