नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड (नेप्से) ले सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूलाई लाभांश तथा ब्याज वितरणसम्बन्धी जानकारी अनिवार्य रूपमा इमेल र एसएमएसमार्फत सेयरधनीहरूलाई जानकारी गराउन आग्रह गरेको छ। नेप्सेले जारी गरेको सूचनाअनुसार कम्पनीहरूले लाभांश, ब्याजदर, आर्थिक वर्ष तथा स्टक सिम्बोलसम्बन्धी विवरण स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख गरी समयमै जानकारी उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्नेछ। यस कदमले लगानीकर्तालाई समयमै सही सूचना प्राप्त गर्न सहयोग पुग्ने र पुँजी बजारको पारदर्शिता बढ्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has requested all listed companies to provide clear information regarding dividend and interest distribution to shareholders through email and SMS. According to the official notice, companies are required to disclose details such as stock symbol, fiscal year, dividend rate, and interest rate in a timely manner. NEPSE believes that this initiative will help investors receive accurate information on time and enhance transparency and efficiency in the capital market.
