नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड (नेप्से) ले आफ्नो भद्रकालीस्थित भवन तथा सम्पत्तिको सुरक्षा आपूर्ति कार्यका लागि इच्छुक आपूर्तिकर्ता, कम्पनी वा फर्महरूबाट शिलबन्दी दरपत्र आह्वान गरेको छ।
नेप्सेले आज जारी गरेको सूचनाअनुसार, भवन तथा सम्पत्तिको सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित गर्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी अनुभव र प्राविधिक दक्षता प्राप्त सेवा प्रदायकलाई निवेदन दिन आग्रह गरिएको छ।
दरपत्र फाराम २०७२/०५/०९ गतेसम्म कार्यालय समयभित्र नेपाल बैंक लिमिटेड, काठमाण्डौ शाखामा ५,००० रुपैयाँ (फिर्ता नहुने) शुल्क बुझाएर खरिद गर्न सकिनेछ।
शिलबन्दी दरपत्र बुझाउने अन्तिम मिति २०७२/०५/१० गते मध्यान्ह १२:०० बजेसम्म तोकिएको छ। सोही दिन दिउँसो १:०० बजे दरपत्रहरू खोलिने नेप्सेले जनाएको छ।
दरपत्रसँगै प्रस्तावित रकमको कम्तीमा ५०,००० रुपैयाँ बराबरको शिलबन्दी जमानत (Bid Security) अनिवार्य राख्नुपर्नेछ। उक्त जमानत ४५ दिनसम्म मान्य हुने गरी पेश गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ।
नेप्सेले स्पष्ट पारेको छ कि दरपत्र बुझाउने वा खोल्ने दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा परेमा सो मिति पछिल्लो कार्यदिवस कायम हुनेछ।
Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has called for sealed bids from interested suppliers, firms, and companies for the supply of security services for its building and properties located at Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
According to the notice issued today, NEPSE has sought proposals from service providers with prior experience in social security works and technical expertise to ensure the safety and security of its premises.
Form Purchase and Submission Deadline
Interested bidders can purchase the bid documents by depositing a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 into Nepal Bank Limited, Kathmandu Branch, account no. 01501000000001, within office hours by Bhadra 9, 2082 (Aug 25, 2025).
The deadline for submission of sealed bids is set for Bhadra 10, 2082 (Aug 26, 2025) at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at NEPSE’s office.
Bid Security Required
Bidders must also submit a bid security (Bid Bond) of at least Rs. 50,000, valid for a minimum of 45 days. Bids without the required security deposit will not be considered.
Provision for Public Holidays
If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will automatically be treated as the official deadline.
