नेप्से बजार अर्को साता पनि बन्द हुने NEPSE Market to Remain Closed Next Week as Well
नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेड नेप्सेले धितोपत्र कारोबार बन्द हुने जानकारी गराएको छ।
नेप्सेले २०८२ साल भदौ २७ गते जारी गरेको सूचनामा भनिएको छ कि धितोपत्रसम्बन्धी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ९ को उपदफा ९१० खण्ड ९घ० अनुसार २०८२र०४र२६ मा नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त भए अनुसार २०८२र०५र२६ गते बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद्को निर्णयअनुसार धितोपत्रको दोस्रो बजार कारोबार बन्द रहने व्यवस्था गरिएको हो।
यस निर्णयअनुसार, धितोपत्रको कारोबार अर्को सूचना नआएसम्म स्थगित हुनेछ। लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई यसबारे सूचित गरिएको नेप्सेका प्रवक्ता मुकरुङ पराजुलीले जानकारी दिएका छन्।
Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has officially announced that securities trading will remain closed.
According to the notice issued on Bhadra 27, 2082, NEPSE stated that in line with Section 9, Sub-section (1), Clause (gha) of the Securities Act, 2063, and based on the approval obtained from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 2082/04/26, the Cabinet meeting held on 2082/05/26 decided to suspend secondary market transactions.
As per this decision, securities trading will remain halted until further notice. NEPSE spokesperson Mukrung Parajuli informed investors regarding the closure.
